On the one hand, with the development of the “asset sacrifice theory”, the Supreme Court confirms many of the literature’s opinions on the questions of the civil law shielding effect of private foundations; on the other hand, the new regulation of inheritance and gift tax for private foundations is in tension with the very likely general abolition of inheritance and gift tax for natural persons awaited with great interest.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n<\/div>\n
