The handbook “The Austrian Private Foundation” has been published since 2011 in cooperation with the private banking department of Erste Bank and is updated annually. The latest version takes into account the current case law and the legal situation up to and including August 2014. The handbook offers a short but comprehensive overview of the legal and tax bases for private foundations in Austria and is aimed in particular at founders and private individuals interested in the legal form of private foundations.<\/p>\n
