The completely revised and significantly expanded third edition of the Public Procurement Law Handbook takes into account the numerous developments in this area of \u200b\u200blaw and the constantly growing amount of case law from the procurement control bodies, thus bringing a tried and tested standard work up to date.<\/p>\n<p>The Procurement Law Handbook was deliberately not structured according to the sections of the law.
