In our newsletter from November 23rd, 2022, we already informed about the first draft of the Whistleblower Protection Act<\/strong>\u00a0(“HSchG”). With some delay, an adapted draft has now been published of the HSchG the parliament. The law was announced on February 24, 2023<\/strong> and came into force the following day.
