Since January 23rd This year, <strong>funding for trademark<\/strong> and design registrations can be applied for via the SME Fund 2023. Through the SME Fund 2023, small and medium-sized companies based in the EU have the opportunity to receive <strong>funding for the protection of their intellectual property rights<\/strong>.<br \/>\nThe <strong>funding program<\/strong> was set up by the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Protecting intellectual property is essential for businesses in the digital age and is an effective way to prevent unique ideas, products or services from being copied or used without permission.
