The current reform law is intended to create clear and concise regulations that provide answers to the company&#8217;s most important regulatory questions, provided that no agreements are made between the shareholders.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The new regulations are now scheduled to come into force on January 1, 2015.
