The Wage and Social Dumping Combat Act (LSDB-G for short) has been in force in Austria since May 1, 2011. With this law, the legislature attempted to counteract undesirable developments of employees being paid too little. The LSDB-G should ensure measures such as ensuring equal labor market and wage conditions for domestic and foreign employees, maintaining competitiveness between companies and preventing predatory competition on the labor market, as well as securing taxes and social contributions.<\/p>\n
