This means that the entire guardianship and guardianship law in Austria will be fundamentally reformed and regulated.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In the future, the lawyer will play a central role in finding the appropriate form for the various possible forms of representation and in ensuring the best possible representation for the people affected.<\/p>\n<p>With the\u00a0<strong>2. Adult Protection Act<\/strong> (2nd ErwSchG), which will come <strong>into force on July 1st, 2018<\/strong>, will completely reorganize guardianship law and representative law in Austria.
