Furthermore, the\u00a0<strong>exclusion of the possibility of termination<\/strong>\u00a0for a certain period of time as well as the\u00a0<strong>binding to termination dates<\/strong>\u00a0are in accordance with the law.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This decision by the OGH leads to more<strong> legal certainty in the design<\/strong> and implementation of crowdfunding in the form of subordinated loans.<\/p>\n<p>In its decision of August 24, 2017 (4 Ob 110\/17f), the OGH reviewed the admissibility of clauses as part of a crowdfunding model with \u201cqualified subordinated loans\u201d in consumer business.
