This will result in a comprehensive reform of <strong>Austrian warranty law<\/strong> and in particular the creation of a new <strong>Consumer Warranty Act<\/strong> (VGG).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The new legal situation already<strong> applies<\/strong> <strong>from January 1st, 2022.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At the turn of the year, a new warranty law came into force, which was implemented primarily in the new <strong>Consumer Warranty Act<\/strong> (VGG). The VGG applies to contracts concluded between entrepreneurs and consumers regarding the purchase of goods and the provision of digital content.
