This amendment provides for a <strong>fictitious consent<\/strong> for certain changes that, from the legislator&#8217;s point of view, are worthy of privilege. Furthermore, the <strong>apartment owners&#8217; voting regulations and the majority requirements will be changed<\/strong>. In addition, a<strong> minimum allocation to the reserve<\/strong> will be introduced.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In 2022, the amendment to the Condominium Ownership Act will come into force in two stages, namely on January 1st and July 1st, 2022.
