In the case of the establishment of a one-person GmbH, Section 9a GmbH, newly created in the Deregulation Act 2017, abolishes the notarial act requirement of the statutes and the requirement for notarial certification of the sample drawing and the entry into the commercial register.
\nOnly time will tell whether this simplified formation actually represents a sensible alternative to the classic formation. In any case, apart from isolated special cases, it is still advisable to seek legal advice during the start-up phase in order to avoid unwanted, later disadvantages.<\/p>\n

In order to make it cheaper and faster to set up a standard GmbH, the Deregulation Act 2017, which was announced on April 12, 2017, was passed.
