The National Council recently decided to suspend the registration fees for land registry and liens up to an assessment basis of EUR 500,000.00<\/strong> in order to make the purchase and construction of a home more affordable. The prerequisite for this is that the newly built or purchased residential property serves an urgent housing need<\/strong> of the owner to be registered. <\/p>\n

The suspension of registration fees applies to contracts concluded from April 1, 2024<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
