More than 99%<\/strong> of the domestic economy consists of small and medium-sized enterprises<\/strong>, including around 150,000 family businesses.<\/p>\n

Two thirds of all business transfers take place within the same family. The Grace Period Act<\/strong>, which was already announced in 2021, is now set to come into force. The aim is to ensure the greatest possible legal and planning security in tax law for family businesses and to take a step towards reducing bureaucracy in the Employee Protection Act and the Trade Regulation Act. <\/p>\n
