  3. Copyright and intellectual property<\/strong>: advice on the protection of copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in the field of information technology.<\/li>\n
  4. E-commerce<\/strong>: legal advice on online business models, e-commerce, consumer protection and legal requirements for operating online stores.<\/li>\n
  5. IT project management<\/strong>: support in the legal planning and implementation of IT projects, including contract negotiations and risk management.<\/li>\n
  6. IT security incidents<\/strong>: Consulting and crisis management in the event of data breaches, cyber attacks or other IT security incidents. At most, notifications to the data protection authority.<\/li>\n
