interests:<\/strong><br \/>\nAssertion of exclusion and isolation rights,<br \/>\nCommunication with the insolvency court, the insolvency administrator, the creditor protection associations and other large creditors<br \/>\nExercising the voting rights of the creditor we represent<br \/>\nRepresenting the creditor before the insolvency court, in particular conducting the hearings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>On the other hand, we also offer a comprehensive service package in the event of insolvency, i.e. if out-of-court reorganization and restructuring measures of a company we advise and represent are no longer successful:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Filing for bankruptcy:<\/strong><br \/>\nPreparation and preparation of the insolvency application,<br \/>\nCreation of status and continuation accounting<br \/>\nPreparatory communication with the insolvency court, the relevant creditors (especially banks and tax authorities) and the creditor protection associations<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ongoing communication with the insolvency administrator during the proceedings<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Examination of creditors&#8217;
