NEWSLETTER 06-2015: FIRST DETAILS ON THE “CROWDFUNDING LAW”

After a long discussion to develop an attractive legal framework to improve crowdfunding and citizen participation models, the Federal Act on Alternative Forms of Financing (AltFG) passed the Council of Ministers on May 19, 2015, so that the law is now submitted to the National Council for resolution.
