NEWSLETTER 03-2026: TENANCY LAW REFORM 2026 – ESSENTIAL CHANGES FOR LANDLORDS AND TENANTS

The 2026 tenancy law reform will bring far-reaching changes for landlords and tenants. New regulations on rent increases, stricter requirements for value retention clauses, restrictions on reclaim claims and an extended minimum term for fixed-term tenancy agreements will have a direct impact on existing and future tenancies.

In our latest newsletter, we provide a compact overview of the most important changes and show what to pay particular attention to in practice. We highlight both the legal framework and its specific effects on the drafting of contracts and ongoing tenancies.

An early legal review is recommended, particularly in connection with index adjustments, time limits and possible claims for repayment. We support you in recognizing legal risks and making well-founded decisions.

You can find more information in our current newsletter.
