Establishment, acquisition or participation in companies abroad

Founding, acquiring or investing in companies abroad – a possible project structure for family businesses from a legal and tax perspective, especially for CEE countries. The article deals with the opportunities but also the various risks and challenges that come with founding, acquiring or an investment by/in companies in the CEE countries. Using a project-like structure of the article, the author focuses primarily on family businesses that are considering such an expansion. The practical presentation of the matters concerned and the use of detailed checklists round off the presentation.
