- 1996 graduation as Mag. jur. at the University of Linz
- 1997 – 1998 legal internship at the BG and LG Ried i.I.
- 1998 Participation in the university course in European law at the University of Linz to become an “academic certified European law expert”
- 1998 – 2002 trainee lawyer in a renowned Wels law firm
- 2001 bar exam
- Self-employed lawyer in Ried i.I. since 2003
